The NeuroIntegration Method

Three interconnected systems designed to work together. NeuroRest operates at all three levels simultaneously.

How it works

What is a NeuroSprint?

The sprint is the core unit of NeuroRest. Not a goal, not a project. An experiment. Time-bounded, specific, and built to compound. Max 10 hours a week in 3 core areas.

01

Vitality

Nervous system regulation at the biological level. Builds your performance infrastructure. Sleep, recovery, hormones. The foundation everything else runs on.

02

Joy

Richness of the present. Not a luxury, a neurobiological necessity. Training serotonin circuits. Joy is a skill, not a trait. Allows you to savor achievements.

03

Growth

Goal pursuit and adaptive change. Trains dopamine circuits: curiosity, forward motion, the pull of a future state that does not yet exist.

10/90

The 10/90 Rule

10% of waking hours go to deliberate, effortful change, the "change budget." The remaining 90% stays as predictable scaffolding. The 10% compounds with each cycle: the same investment buys more change as the baseline shifts.

Start anytime. 1 sprint = 1 week. 3 sprints + integration = 1 month. Total: 36 sprints per year, 108 experiments. Fits perfectly into a high-performance schedule.
